• Prepares tenders through standardized tender templates and documentation.
• Maintains a list of qualified vendors, especially as related to planned tenders.
• Liaises with the other departments on an ongoing basis
• Assists in preparation and/or review of tender Documentation Packages

• Responsible for tendering procedures, with required criteria among the predefined scope of business.

• Manage Projects breakdown such as, scope of work, compliances, documentations, approvals from consultants/clients, cost of the project and project performance to ensure projects are delivered within project parameters of cost, time and quality.
• Attend all project site and department meetings to resolve and discuss all project related technical issues such as project timelines, cost, quality standards and manpower resources allocations, to facilitate approval of project requirements and follow up for the actions initiated in the meetings.

Responsible for following up all maintenance processes, Update inspection sheets for used Spare Parts and prepare necessary forms, Reliability, Inventory control, Material Planning.
