• Follow receiving Aljabr Group annual budget estimates to ensure their accuracy,
completeness and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational
objectives.
• Assist Group Financial Controller in reviewing and analyzing the assumptions of the annual
budget.
• Study budgets for the previous financial years (if applicable) highlight profits and losses that
are due to budget planning and suggest suitable amendments to the current years budget to
the budgeting and reporting manager.
• Preparation of consolidated yearly budget financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of group monthly / quarterly accurate financial reports by 15th from
the following month.
• Assist in preparing the monthly / quarterly/ yearly accurate internal and external financial
reports related to budgets, projects, financial statements according to IFRS implemented in
SA, company growth, profit & loss, and business performance evaluation.
• Assist the Group Financial Controller to analyze and justify the variances between the actual
and budget to be discussed with the finance manager of each company.
• Assist in reviewing the financial statements before submitting them to external auditors for
review to ensure correctness and timeliness of reports.
• Preparation of consolidated monthly/quarterly/yearly financial statements in
accordance with IFRS standards.
• Assist in reviewing, amending, and implementation of companys policies and procedures,
and proposing suggestions to improve the effects of existing ones.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental
management policies, procedures and controls across the section in order to
guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible
environmental attitude.

• Responsible for Making Monthly P&l Statement.
• Responsible for Making Monthly Cashflow Statement report.
• Responsible for All reports for the top management CFO / GM.
• Responsible for Making the next year Budget.
• Analyze Financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management)
to ensure all operations are within budget.
• Present Monthly, Quarterly, and annual budgets to senior managers.
• Review budget requests for approval.
• Provide financial analysis and performance of budget reports.
• Participate in the annual budgeting process including analysis of the current situation,
preparing for coming years, providing advice to budgeting process & Treasury.
• Determine whether budget proposals are following regulations.
• Identify Variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each
reporting period.
• Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines.

• Responsible for making an estimated budget for agricultural crops, comparing them to the
actual cost, and following up the results with the senior management
