Since I am owner and Principal of school, so I have to supervise all the routinely activities of a Principal/Administrator which include but not limited to the following:
1. checking teachers sing in/out
2. morning assembly
3. performance of teachers/evaluation
4. class inspections
5. teachers capacity building
6. school co-curricular activities
Well, NIMA ( National Institute of Management and Administration) Kabul, Afghanistan if World Bank funded project which is logistically supported by the Ministry of Education, Kabul, Afghanistan and academically by Ball State University, USA. NIMA aims at preparing students at Refresher level to start graduate level studies on one hand and prepare worthy graduates to fulfill demand of job market. I was hired as English teacher and was supposed to teach Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking and Grammar skills of English language. But thanks to shortage of Business Teachers, I was soon transferred to Management Department where I was assigned the subjects of Introduction to Business, Entrepreneurship, Business Statistics.
As Assistant Professor in English, I was assigned the classes of BBA, BCS, LLB and Civil Engineering to teach subjects like English Composition, Business Communication, Technical Writing, Functional English, College Grammar. Besides, I had to design a English language course to cater the needs of LLB students. Also, I served as Students Counselor whenever students needed to.
Al Baraa is one of the leading interior and exterior décor in the Gulf for the past 15 years. The said organization is having great many worthy projects to its credit. Some of them include the palaces of the royal family of the UAE. (www.albaraawoodflooring.com)
The said organization is an educational complex offering F.Sc in the disciplines of Pre Medical, Pre Engineering and Computer Science. Also it offers courses at Degree level in the trades of Commerce (B.Com) and Computer Science (B.C.S) . The said institution has been obtaining top positions consecutively in Technical Board in Commerce Education and enjoys a good reputation among excellent educational seminaries of the province.
I would teach English Grammar, Poetry, and Novel to the students of Intermediate and Graduation. Besides, I would do Students Counseling voluntarily.

Responsibilities:
Volunteer, I have served the said N.G.O for two years as Office Correspondent (Communicator) and Interpreter and Translator for Urdu into English and vice versa. VISITED IRAN AND IRAQ ON BEHALF OF THE N.G.O AS INTERPRETER TO ATTEND ANNUAL CONFERENCE FOR THE CUASE OF CIVIL RIGHTS IN IRAQ, TO VOICE AGAINST MEDICAL IMBARGO ETC.

Responsibilities: Being language teacher, I was responsible to train students of school and college in English language with regard to read, write and speak aspects. I taught all Levels of English from "Beginner to Advance Levels". Also, I taught there the subjects of science and mathematics which were taught in Dari language.
