o Conceptualized, strategized and implemented Herbion’s allopathic venture ‘Evanta Pharma’ for Pakistan and abroad. With a portfolio of 16 generics, Evanta Pharma is now operational in 3 countries and fully geared up to launch it in Pakistan.
o I have complete top and bottom line and PNL responsibility for the entire operations with an international sales team and marketing personnel reporting to me.
o With a portfolio including anti-diabetic and respiratory care, detailed marketing plans and penetration strategies have been prepared and implemented by my team across my area of influence.
o Spearheaded international clinical trials for the anti-diabetic category under the auspices of Ministry of Health, Uzbekistan.
o Spearheaded the entire sales and marketing effort for CIS including countries like Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Ukraine, and Belarus
o Successfully introduced 12 SKUs comprising of respiratory care, Gynae-care, hypolipidemic and iron supplement categories besides developing and training sales team at the base offices across my region.
o Within roughly 11 months developed distribution channels from scratch, Modifying current products/positioning and Designing new products by utilizing consumer insights and trends
o Developing Marketing plans, Budgets and Strategies for assigned Products.
o Providing complete ATL and BTL support for all assigned Products.
o Kick-started from scratch the entire operations of Azerbaijan right from registering the company and products, initialized the company’s offices, hiring and mentoring sales and admin teams, to carrying out physician and trade initialization.
o Held complete liaison with Ministry of Health, Ministry of Justice, Taxation Department, Statistical Department, Import Department, and Pension Fund Department.
o Successfully introduced 2 products and registered 7 products successfully.
o Prepared promotional material, literature, schemes and activities development for the assigned locations.
