7. Interface, Implement, and facilitate with existing and new Continuous improvement mechanisms.
8. Ensure that processes developed ultimately meet customer satisfaction and organizational objectives.
9. Arrange and conduct Quality Training
10. Crtified Dubai Customs against the ISO10002 Standard (Complaints Handling Standard)
11. Working on new certification projects including (Social Accountability SA 8000 - Environmental Management System ISO 14001)
