• 3D Modeling and Detailing of Steel structure by Tekla Structure software for Shop fabrication and Erection.
• 3D Modeling of Equipment and Piping system as per P&ID.
• Preparing piping planes and Building Utilities shop drawings.
• Preparation of TQs/Comments on the Technical Documents (Isometric Drawings, Equipment Drawing, Support Drawing, Filter data sheet etc.) to submit for client Approval.
• Proposal BOQ issuance for Bid Quotations.
• Project coordination.
• Create Boiler House Layout GA with Autodesk Inventor 3D Modeling.
• Steel structure GA and Shop Drawings preparation with Tekla Structure.
• Boiler support structure Detailing with Tekla Structure.
• Boiler Inlet duct, Outlet duct and Transition Duct (adjacent to bypass Duct) GA and shop drawing preparation with Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
• Piping Supports, Platform stairs and ladders detailing with Tekla software.
• Insulation detailing for HRSG Boiler ducts, Steel Stack and Boiler Harps Casing.
• Main Boiler Steel Stack and By pass Steel stack GA and shop drawing preparation with Autodesk Inventor 3D Modeling and AutoCAD.
• Boiler casing detailing.
• Steam Drum, Blow Down Tank and Dearator Detailing.
• BOQ issuance for proposal.
