I am responsible to support 1400 of employees in the main buildings.
Maintenance Unit:
* Manage all aspects of premises maintenance and safeguarding such from intentional and
accidental harm, including electrical, air conditioning, elevators plumbing, pint,
carpentry, paint, furniture, decoration and general office equipment.
Support Services Unit:
* Manage the function of corporate hospitality and janitorial services provided through
third parties or internally managed, ensuring that the functions perform the required
tasks in a presentable and professional manner, while maintaining privacy and
confidentiality of workplace.
* Manage the company’s warehouses and storage areas, ensuring proper turnover of
supplies, and adequate holding of items within the warehouses.
* Manage the supply and distribution of office and hospitality supplies and stationary
within the company, adhering to employee needs of such for company use.
Safety & Security Unit:
* Manage all aspects of safety and security, physical security, safety, access control
systems, CCTV systems, alarm systems, fire systems, ID cards, security guards, risk
assessment and asset protection services, policies and procedures.
* Ensure implementation of the Company's policies and procedures.
* To prepare the budget Department.
* Evaluation of employee performance.
Project Management:
* Overseeing the implementation of the main buildings for the company.
* Overseeing the processing of new buildings of furniture, materials, equipment and
systems.
* Selection of contractors, suppliers and materials.
* Raise the purchase orders and audit of the financial extracts for projects.
The most important achievements in the last year:
* Implementation of the company's building (HQ2) with a capacity of 1100 employees.
* Work on the purchase and supply of furniture main building (HQ2), negotiation, selection
and testing of samples with factories in China and choosing the right manufacturers.
