As Finance Officer at Lynchpin Group of Companies: -

 Reporting company-wise and overall management reports on monthly basis.
 Financial reporting to key management include CEO. Preparing Management accounts on monthly basis and annual accounts.
 Supervising data & information sharing between offices according the different needs of stakeholders.
 Drawing new policies for all the group companies and its overall implementation.
 Ensuring the legal aspects of the business are covered before the company interacts with new suppliers and customers.
 Negotiations for recovery of overdue amounts from customers & prepayments with suppliers.
 Advising the key management on different ways to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
 Reconciling bank accounts on monthly basis of all offices.
 Reconciliation of receivables and vendor balances
 Preparation and monitoring of Budget/Work Plan.
 Maintenance of Cash Book.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounting, Administration and Management

 Reporting directly to the Managing Director. Collaborate with various levels of management to gather information.
 Maintaining Accounts (up to Finalization) in a computerized environment; preparing invoices, posting all vouchers in the system, organizing Financial Statements like: Trading, Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet etc.
 Verification and posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records following the bookkeeping procedures.
 Preparation of month-end general ledger close journal entries and supporting reconciliations.
 Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements and other schedules.
 Primarily responsible for handling all aspects of the daily accounts payable, accounts receivable and other general accounting functions.
 Preparation, distribution, processing for Payroll and calculation for overtime and deductions.
 Assist in the preparation of Wage Protection System (WPS).
 Monthly /weekly bank reconciliation statement reporting and monthly payment schedule.
 Analyzing and Interpretation of data to determine past financial performance and to project financial probability.
 Planning and performing cost/benefit analysis related to projects and preparation of financial reports to determine forecasts, trends and results analysis.
 Day to day Cash Management.

 Carried out fraud investigation in various organization and issued opinion on the findings.
 Provided a comprehensive range of management and financial accounting services to the firm’s clients which included preparing final accounts from incomplete records, preparing financial statements, reconciling general ledgers and bank accounts, general ledger maintenance, trouble shooting and maintenance.
 Planning and implementing Internal Control Systems
 Ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the accounting and internal control systems
 Ensure the compliance of internal and external requirements like, company policies, taxation and corporate laws
 Preparation and supervision of books of accounts and financial statements
