Responsible for TE Data JORDON Payroll run
Preparing monthly payroll of nearly 3000 employees
Preparing monthly payroll manual and on Oracle System
Preparing manual Quarter and Yearly Salaries Income Tax Reconciliation
Responsible for Annual tax examination with the IRS
Responsible for Bank tasks related to the employees
Preparing Journal entries manual and enter it on Oracle System
Preparing all payments (Bank Transfers) including compensations
Responsible for employees benefits like: (Mobiles, Recreation, and Training)
Responsible for Employees’ Advanced Settlements
Responsible for Employees’ Advanced Aging Report
Preparing monthly payroll of nearly 1700 employees
Responsible for all payments including compensations
Responsible for new benefits regulations and new policies Implementation:
Medical Insurance (national & international)
Social Insurance (Form 1, Form 6, and Form 2).
Control and follow up of all personnel issues as:
o Follow up the completion of employments paper as per labor law
o Preparing contracts & maintain a reliable follow up system for probation periods and contracts renewal
o Salary advances.
o Company loans.
o Company business lines.
o Misconducts, absenteeism and salary deduction
Keep records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfer, performance reviews, and terminations.
Contacts with outside suppliers to provide employees' services like:
Medical insurance, Mobile lines, and Car insurance
Issue HR letters and experience letters for the old hired employees.
Updating HR work flow.
