 Planning For the Scheduled Preventive Maintenance for all instrument devices (all kinds of Transmitters, Control Valves Loops, safety valves, gas detectors, fire detectors, all kinds of switches, Shut down valves or isolation valves, Indicators or Gauges, PLC electronic cards, and wells maintenance plan).
 Follow up the Preventive Maintenance Activities.
 Calibration of all types of field instrumentation, including valves such as: Fisher, siemens, Mallard, etc.
 Calibration all types of transmitters such as rosemount, Endress, Magnetroll, Nuflow, etc
 Calibration all types of switches, flow, pressure, etc.
 Calibration Moisture analyzer
 Maintenance and configuration of most smart instrumentation like transmitters, totalizers, analyzers, valves positioners etc.
 Maintenance of Pneumatic, electric and Electro-Hydraulic control systems.
 Valve sizing, calculation, and selection
 Fire & gas system installation, and testing.
 modification for PLC program and SCADA soft ware
 Installing and changing PLC cards and troubleshooting the hardware problems
 Perform The Material Requisitions for all the Spare Parts and calibration Tools.
 Prepare min. /max. List for stock Material control.
