Reviewing all the drawing related to the landscape works including softscape, hardscape and irrigation works, construction and maintenance, site supervision, reviewing all the submittals, conducting site inspections, attending meetings with the client and contractors, preparing site survey report, handing over, etc. for reputed msheireb project
Monitoring, Supervision and inspection of all landscape and irrigation works for Msheireb, Amiri guard project and Kharatiyat project as per the
project specifications and QCS 2014.
Reviewing and approval of shop drawings, and as built drawings for Soft landscape, hard landscape and irrigation networking system including hardscape
Reviewing and approval of the material submittals and other submittals or transmittals for all landscape and
Irrigation.
Site walks with Management team and the contractors to monitor the ongoing landscape and irrigation
Co-ordinating with the client and higher management about the updates of ongoing landscape and irrigation works
Issuing jobsite memos and NCR for the non-conformance of the work on site.
Monitoring construction and maintenance works periodically.
Conducting inspections and approval of the IR, RFI or CPA etc. for landscape and irrigation.
- Preparing Progress reports, snags and outstanding works
Planning, grading, levelling, trial pits, excavations, redesigning, installation of landscape irrigation system, material request, coordination with higher management, manpower management, project management for Ashghal local roads mock up projects.
• Construction and installation of all Landscape works including softscape, hardscape (footpaths, cycle track, embankments, kerbs, flumes etc.) & Irrigation .
• Reviewing all the drawings, raising Technical queries to resolve the design issues.
• Monitoring, scheduling and planning of landscape and irrigation field works as per QCS and project specifications.
• Conducting weekly meetings to monitor the progress and discuss the action plans to execute the works with Risk assessment (as per the HSE rules)
• Monitoring designing and construction works for the rest areas, footpath, cycle track, stone mulch, road embankment slope trimming, formation levels, construction of Irrigation master valves, Isolation valves, sov, etc., Pressure tests for Main lines and lateral lines and all installations.
• Project document submission as per the QCS-2010 and project specifications.
• Coordination with the field staff, supervision consultants and client to execute the landscape and irrigation construction works as per the specifications and IFC.
• Reviewing the adjacent utilities to avoid any clashes and all HSE Work Permits.
Position held: “Agriculture Engineer” for Landscape Inspection from January 2014 to Jan 2017.
