 Involve in developing and update job descriptions.
 Coordinate with administrative support staff and management as appropriate to prepare staffing and implement recruitment procedure.
 Partner closely with the business to understand evolving needs to deliver staffing solutions.
 Create new opportunities for finding skilled candidates.
 Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates.
