Preparing Safe Work Methodology/job safety hazards analysis as per requirement.
Make QRA(Quantitative Risk Assessment ).
Conducting site safety inspections and make observation (vehicle, electrical, mechanical & house keeping etc).
Conducting daily Tool Box Talks and Induction trainings.
To keep firefighting extinguisher first aid kit and PPE or appliances up to date and inspect regularly.
To identify all possibilities of accident including working condition as excessive heat, high noise poor lighting conditions and other harmful conditions.
Conducting weekly walk about with management.
Preparing monthly safety performance report.
Issuing safety violation slips/memo.
Preparing daily sides safety observation report.
Preparing of weekly training schedule.
Conducting Mock Drills (Fire, Work at height, Excavation work, Evacuation etc).
Conduction accident/incident/near miss investigation and preparing report.
Maintaining good house keeping/hygiene.
Play a vital role for emergency plan.
Preparing presentation in power point and giving audio/visual special safety training for safety awareness, conducting safety Motivation programmed and safety meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:-
Facilitate in the implementation of project HSE Plan.
Liaise/Communicate with Subcontractors HSE team working with Dodsal, to ensure smooth and safe progress of the works.
Preparing Task Risk Assessments.
Provide HSE induction to all new employees on arrival to site.
Preparing Monthly reports to H.O, Weekly / Monthly reports to PMC & Maintaining records of all certified lifting tools & tackles, certified riggers, Scaffolder, Inspectors, crane & vehicle/equipments certifications etc
Reports to and assists the Deputy Manger HSE / HSE Manager in the
overall implementation of approved Project Safety, Corporate Safety Manual, with a primary function
of performing continuous monitoring at work site to ensure continuing conformance of field work force with all relevant safety, health, and security requirements/programs. Responsible in maintaining and processing site safety department dossiers.
