RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.To ensure accurate inventory information is maintained through constant monitoring of all product movement, inbound and outbound.
2.Manage the daily activities of both the Sales & inventory.
3.Generate daily inventory levels and project future levels based upon shipping/receiving figures and estimates.
4.Keep customer's, buyers informed of these levels and interact with them to maintain control.
5.Create and/or modify the appropriate SOP's for the department.
6.Manage the locator system by ensuring proper procedures are followed.
7.Provide and analyze detailed operational information concerning warehouse scratches, store reported errors, inventory levels, and individual item discrepancies.
8.Minimize inventory claims trough the constant monitoring of product movement, analyzing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records.
9.Prepare and coordinate physical inventories.
10.Train and supervise cycle counters and checkers to maintain high standard procedures.
11.Act as a liaison between customer and inventory control personnel to resolve discrepancies and confirm shipping and receiving figures.
12.Responsible for monitoring, and follow up information in a timely manner.
13.Work with loss prevention department to ensure that known shortages are accounted properly.
14.Work closely with operational team providing timely and accurate reports and overall information.
• Maintain the Warehouse activities properly overall,
• Shop manager in attending showroom problems when required.
• Preparing Sales Report and Targets for all the Sales Man.
• Report to General Manager and take instruction from the same,
• Work extensively on Fox Pro and other stock operations applications.
• Preparing All kinds of Promotion.
• Follow Up all Local & International Shipment.
• Customs Clearence arrangement.
• Discrepancy Report for missing or damaged items received.
• Work in close with Procurement GM,
• Maintain complete records of the Shop & warehouse stock,
• Preparing complete reports and submitting to GM.with copies to management, regarding stock operations and activities,
• Follow up with Suppliers regarding various deliveries, shipment and other dealings with the various suppliers,
• Preparing PO, GRN and Barcoding of all items entered in the system,
• Performing complete Barcoding and Physical Check records during periodical Stock Take,
• Maket Survey .
• Provide necessary actions for recruitment, training and evaluating newly appointed personnel.
• Formulated and executed pioneering order supply and tracking inventory control procedure.
• Carried out the entire preparation and monitoring the operational budgets.
• Used computerized coordination for inputting data with the proper monitoring of inventory systems.
