•Assessment and prequalification potential subcontractor,
•Prepare subcontracting procedures, planning and formation.
•Prepare RFQ or inquiry subcontract package documents.
•Review subcontracts and prepare a log of all subcontract Technical andcommercial obligations.
•Performing cost analysis and negotiation of major subcontract
•Undertake regular review meetings with the subcontractors
•Release subcontract agreement and monitoring.
•Review subcontractor monthly payment certificate and final account
•Prepare reconciliation of quantities for additional works due to changes in designand scope of works & on site variation
•Monitoring and controls field instruction and variation order
•Weekly construction report to project management team
•Prepare Subcontract close out
