Building and developing an infrastructure and a main data center consisting of (20) servers, with all branches connected to a unified network.
Implementing Cyber Security Systems and developing a cyber incident response plan.
Establishing and developing a backup data center isolated from the network for all important systems and ensuring the efficiency of backups and the business continuity plan.
Building and developing a website and services portal which won the silver award as the best Arabic website for non-profit organizations from the Academy of Arab Excellence Awards in 2008.
Applying administrative, financial and Real Estate systems.
Implementing an Archiving System, developing an executive plan for archiving, and supervising its implementation, aiming and success to archive one million documents within 6 months.
Establishing and supervising the operation of a surveillance system and cameras linking all branches to the General Administration, consisting of 300 surveillance cameras.
Establishing and supervising the operation of smart meeting rooms consisting of presentation, conversation, control, reservation and remote meeting systems.
Establish Avaya central with all advantages and link the branches with a unified telephone system.
Installing access control systems and a face print linking all branches to the general administration, consisting of 30 control devices.
Preparing the digital transformation project, developing the strategic plan and the implementation plan for digital transformation, and setting the necessary policies and procedures for the project through a general framework and a comprehensive implementation mechanism.
Head of the Computer Department Managing the work team and the tasks include:
Supervising the development of protocols for the use of IT systems across various departments and projects.
Provide proposals on the most appropriate options for information technology.
Providing technical support and training for the available systems and networks.
Determining the development requirements based on the needs study, and setting the necessary plans to achieve the required development.
Follow up the operation of the applied systems, supervise the analysis of the needs of the departments that use these systems, and lay down plans for securing these needs.
Determining the specifications of alternative solutions, additions and necessary updates, and studying their technical and economic feasibility.
Study the analysis of operating problems of the used systems and develop radical solutions to prevent their recurrence after presenting them to the higher management.
