Inspect the electrical works of contractors to ensure the compatibility to specification and standards in a project of construction 2200 housing villas.
Tasks:
• Management, maintenance and operation of military installations and sectors
• Facilities maintenance
• Establish strategic strategic plans for the long term
• We start with the formation of the work team and conduct personal interviews (project manager - general maintenance manager - engineers - technicians - workers and craftsmen)
• Providing maintenance workshops and warehouses for consumables
• Obtaining materials, equipment and tools (electrical, mechanical, welding, blacksmithing, air-conditioning, air conditioning, carpentry, plumbing, hygiene, and construction work)
• Structuring and defining tasks and work plans based on maintenance requests
• Starting implementation and monitoring work based on the listed plan
• Laboratory checks
• Maintenance of pumps and water and sewage networks
• Maintenance of alarm and firefighting systems
• Electricity, plumbing, painting, blacksmithing and carpentry
• Maintenance of electricity networks
• Agriculture and irrigation networks
• Submit periodic and preventive reports
• Improve the plan and implementation based on performance data
• Managing and supervising subcontractors
• Closing requests and handing over the project
Network Infrastructure & Information System Projects.
Sanitation Infra-structure Projects Management.
Supervising contractors and consultants involved in the concerned projects technically and contractually as per the owner's policies starting from hand out the project to the contractor until hand over the project to the owner.
In addition to work as a member in committees of delayed projects.
Project Management
Working as a communications engineer dealing with fiber optics -cables and equipments- commissioning, operation & maintenance.
In addition, I attended two training sessions in France and Belgium in the subject of Alcatel communication equipment.
In addition, my sub majors are Process Control, Instrumentation & Power Analysis.
