Main Activity
Converting medical records from paper to electronic medical records (EMR).
Assure that historical patient information which available for patient visits during and after the transition.
Suggesting improvements in the two sides of IT and medical record department for standardization.
Discovering mistakes and Correcting it with privileged data entry
responsibility
Develops system for storage, retrieval and preservation of medical records,
devices and implement new systems of medical records maintenance and
management.
Develops departmental policies. Assists in the development of hospital
policies and procedures as they relate to medical records.
Directs departmental programs and functions.
Evaluate employee performance. Counsels employee. Implement necessary
action to correct performance deficiencies .initiates and implements required
disciplinary action
Reviews application for employment, interviews candidates. Recommends
candidates for employment. Develops orientation and staff development
programs and keeps staff aware of job changes and technical advancements
Select equipment for implementing technological advancements
Reviews space allocation and ensures most efficient use of space and
equipment
Reports Developer
Build reports by Microsoft Power BI for Data Visualization to enhancing the executive management and decision-makers in the hospital with the required reports
Train Faculty members and students of faculties on learning management
system(blackboard).
Participating in managerial duties of the deanship.
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations in the Health Information system
Work as support of HIS (health information system)
Act as a intermediate throughout the organization on Health Information
Mangement between the HIS and internal/external stakeholders.
Assists in analyzing processes, Discus requirements with the company and
testing the new requirements when added to the system.
Teach several computer science modules.
Member in course and curriculum developing committee.
Member in Quality and Development committee for Accreditation.
Participating in managerial duties in the faculty.
Involved in the support, maintenance and development of a training system
for General Directorate civil defense.
Meeting clients face to face to ascertain requirements.
Producing relevant documentation.
Defining and generating sjcreen formats and report designs.
Teach principle of database course for second year
Involved in the support, maintenance and development of An Electronic
Archive System for General Directorate of Water in Riyadh.
Meeting clients face to face to ascertain requirements.
