• Ensure timely procurement, delivery, installation and commissioning.

• Prepare annual CAPEX/OPEX budget, Cost Estimation/Control and P&L management.
• Technical and Financial evaluation and recommendations for projects.
• Dealing with administrative and HR matters.
• Business development, participate in tending, bidding and proposals.
• Oversee sales and marketing operation.
• Direct liaison with Municipality, contractors, vendors, customers and ensure effective synchronization and smooth operation.
• Formulate and implement SOPs, RACI matrix, Flow charts, JDs, Reporting formats, Performance management system and KPI methodologies.
• Hiring, training, performance appraisals, payroll and compliance management and dealing HR and administrative matters.
• Roll out training, development and awareness programs.
• Establishing and implementation of an effective QHSE Management System (QHSEMS) based on ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• General Management of Waste Collection, MRF, Composting and organic based Fertilizer operations and turnaround all business units into major profit centers.
• Installation, Commissioning and Operations Management of RDF plant in Lahore-Pak.
• Manage fabrication department for manufacturing of MRF and Composting plants, Shredders, Conveyors and Feeding systems.
• Oversee ISO certified recycling program for major clients like Unilever, NATO forces and major textile industries.
• Manage WEEE recycling for local companies and for NATO forces equipment used in Afghanistan.
• Manage hazardous waste treatment and disposal operation.
• Manage hiring, payroll, administrative and HR matters.
• Ensure achieving budget level of productivity and equipment efficiency.
• Budgeting, Costing, KPIs and P&L management.
• Setup and manage first ever RDF facility in Pakistan.
• Planning, execution and management of Waste to Energy projects.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures and policies for all business units.
• Ensure effective communication line with government officials, clients, vendors, contractors, service providers to ensure budgeted level of equipment availability.
• Provide necessary training and development to support the reporting team.
• Monitor and control Inventory.
• Maintain sealed control over material and regular reports.
• Maintain QHSE, HSE, Integrated Management System and policies in compliance with ISO 14001 and 9001 standards.
• Technical and Financial evaluation and recommendation for Plant, Equipment and Fleet.
• Tendering, Bidding and Business development.
• Project Management of MRF, Plastic Recycling, Engineered Landfill and Landfill leachate treatment and Tire waste recycling projects.
• Installation, Commissioning and Operations Management of pioneering Landfill gas abstraction and Energy generation projects in RAK-UAE and Medina-KSA.
• Clean development mechanism (CDM) projects installation, verification and validation by reducing carbon foot print and claiming carbon credits.
• Technical and Financial evaluation and recommendations for projects.
• Financial management, KPIs and performance evaluation.
• Establish engaging relations with municipalities, clients, vendors and all stake holders.
• Business development, Procurement, Sale and Marketing.
