Job Responsibilities:
-To plan, manage, execute, lead and control the techno-commercial activities at Network Care Centre with effective utilization of human resource.
-Planning, supervising, controlling all activities and operations related to maintenance of LT network comprising of 400V
-Capable of designing, executing and commissioning of LV (400 V) network distribution schemes.
-Capable of carrying out analysis based resolution of problematic area regarding HT & LT complaints by preparation of PM plan, SIP, Load curtailment or balancing of load of 400V network transformers.
-Preparation of SIP (System Improvement Proposal) involving technical drawings, Specifications, BOM, Payback Calculations.
-Making Strategies and plans for the HVDS (High Voltage Distribution System)
-Analyses of feeders tripping and make plans in order to reduce the SAIFI/SAIDI.
-Coordination with relevant 11 KV operation centers for immediate and prompt actions to resolve feeders tripping, consisting transient feeder tripping and surge tripping.
-Installation of proper electrical metering equipment for billing of KWH consumed.
-Training programs on safety as per modern HSEQ standards.
-Preparation and monitoring of KPIs.
-Leading a team of Assistant Managers and Engineers for the overall performance of 400V network system management, maintenance and its improvement.
-Create, develop and maintain business relations and effective communication with customers, contractors, and consultants.
-Motivate and evaluate the people in the team in order to provide the Unit with the needed result and performance.
-Implement, supervise & follow-up the quality control Safety and health programs in order to secure Customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the Operation, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Plant (CNC Machines, Compressor, Generator, Paint Shop, Other Machines, Substation).
-Implement a variety of engineering and operation solutions to reduce downtime, increase utilization, equipment availability, increase net operating rate, reduce operation losses, and achieve standard and acceptable production rates.
-Provide strong leadership and technical expertise to maintain existing procedure and drive continuous improvement rates.
