Making Vacation Benefits and End of Services as per Company Policy.
Making Master Sheets for all Departments and Submitting to Finance for Review.
Making Separate Sheets for Saudis and Non Saudis for Uploading in Bank.
Calculating GOSI on Saudi Staff as per Salaries.
Co ordinate with Recruitment and updating records for all New joined Team Members.
Finalizing Salaries of New Joined Employees and dividing it as Basic, Allowances and Benefits depending upon the post of Team Member.
Making Pay slips and sending month wise for future record.
Taking Exit Interview for the International Hired Employees before completion of their Contract.
Maintain and Monitor Bank Accounts.
