• Seek reliable vendors that can provide quality goods at competitive prices.
• Plan utilization of materials, equipment, and personnel required for projects operation.
• Develop Suppliers and Subcontractors Performance and evaluation system.
• Manage and monitor project scope, time, quality and cost.
• Establish and develop stores stock inventory system.
• Develop and manage projects budget required for the fulfillment of the business plan.
• Establish and manage Value Engineering initiatives to achieve project targeted quality and cost.
• Direct construction activities at project site and monitor progress ensuring control to engineering
Plans, specifications, safety standards and program of work.

• Carry out procurement activities for turn key projects.
• Synthesis technical specifications, BOQ’s (Bill of Quantity) & Drawings to determined suitable vendors & suppliers.
• Ability to analyze & evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity & completeness in description of materials & equipments.
• Prepare & issue RFQ’s to qualified suppliers/subcontractors as per Clients approved vendor list.
• Responsible for technical & commercial analysis preparation as per Client requirements.
• Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price & delivery conditions.
• Coordinate various technical reviews with projects & end users with demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relationship.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers/subcontractors to ensure that target prices under company’s terms & conditions.
• Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price & technical specifications.
• Participate in detailed planning & reporting activities related to procurement activities
