 Supervise the activity for Machine Inspection (360 Deg Inspections, Technical Analysis Level 1 Inspections),

manufacturer’s guidelines for supporting our customer.
 Involves in the correspondence of OEM (Manufacturer) in terms of Product Support, Technical Inspection level 1

 Handling the warranty issues kingdom wise from execution to approval.
 Handling troubleshooting operations by Hyundai Diagnostic Tool (HCEDT) and Cummins Diagnostic Tool
(Insite).
 Involves in Part Analysis by handling Hyundai and Cummins Online Tools.
