Proactively involve with the vendor for the jobs that requires locally within the territory.
Proactively involve in part inventory management to keep the parts available for the fleets operating in
western region.
Supervise the rental operation (technically and administratively) for Yanbu & Rabigh.

Supervise the activity for Machine Inspection (360 Deg Inspections, Technical Analysis Level 1 Inspections),
throughout the kingdom by dealing with Product Support Engineers (PSE).
Engage with PSE regarding customer visit for quotation approval related to services, parts, and lubricants so
the machine can be repaired on timely basis.
Supervise the customer visit plan of PSEs in order to serve customer on timely basis.
Supervise the Service Operations as an acting Service Manager
Ensures about the implementation of product improvement program through service department by
manufacturer’s guidelines for supporting our customer.
Involves in the correspondence of OEM (Manufacturer) in terms of Product Support, Technical Inspection level 1
reports, Customer Supports.
Handling the warranty issues kingdom wise from execution to approval.
Handling troubleshooting operations by Hyundai Diagnostic Tool (HCEDT) and Cummins Diagnostic Tool
(Insite).
Involves in Part Analysis by handling Hyundai and Cummins Online Tools.

Working as a product Support means providing support to customer issues related to
Komatsu Earthmoving equipment.
Looking after all the issues related to Komatsu Earth Moving equipment about parts &
service.
Direct sales of Aftersales products (parts, service, lubricants, service agreements etc.) in
the assigned territory and ensuring adequate market coverage
Prepares daily visit plan (requires liaison with parts counter) and ensures that visits are
made in a planned manner.
Ensures repair and parts quotations are sent timely and followed up.
Regularly interacts with guests to inquire about product performance and offers assistance
