Atkins: Currently working with Atkins for a Multimillion dollar mix use development projects based in Saudi Arabia. Creating a pipeline for Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, Project Controls Manager, Senior Planning Engineer, Cost Engineers and Cost Estimators.
Working within the Projects Division - Outsourcing of short-term Volume Recruitment i.e. rapid growth, special projects, overseas campaigns, UAE National Recruitment.
Providing full-life cycle recruitment support to projects in the GCC.
Working on site with the clients providing them full support to close their immediate needs.
Responsible for weekly submission to the client
Ensuring the established recruiting processes and procedures are followed to ensure consistent, effective, efficient delivery to meet the needs of the hiring organization and the enterprise
Managing entire recruitment process for all level of professionals.
Meeting the daily and weekly KPI’s and enuring the project objectives are met.
Use a variety of methodologies-internal data base job portals, Linked in, market mapping and head hunting.
Organizing and Scheduling interviews with the hiring managers
Maintaining a high level of communication with the candidates on the current status of the application.
I have had several opportunities to facilitate recruitment events and have also been deployed to Saudi Arabia for massive bulk recruitments.

• Responsible for making cold calls, setting up appointments, meeting HR Managers understanding their recruitment needs.

• Successfully worked on, Director of Sales, Marketing Manager, Relationship Manager, Property Consultants & Sales & Marketing CSE, and many engineering positions
• Develop and maintain recruitment Management Information System (MIS)
• Effective utilization social networking site (like LinkedIn), job portals (like Naukrigulf, monstergulf, Bayt) references and other unconventional methods to source suitable profiles.
Recruitment & Resourcing;
Managing recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas.
Screening/Interviewing applicants against job specifications.

Facilitate and Assist with new hire and benefit orientation sessions monthly and quarterly
