• Responsible for Training of local technical staff.
• Responsible for the training and mentoring of Management staff of the Maintenance department on Maintenance best practices, Maintenance Approaches, Maintenance philosophy, Computerized Maintenance Management System and KPI’s of Maintenance.
• Responsible for all preventive, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and corrective jobs including fault rectification & troubleshooting with the focus to have least corrective maintenance of PD & Centrifugal pumps & compressors, ESP, Walnut shell filters, Heat Exchangers, Fin Fan Coolers, manual & motorized valves, and CAT, Perkins Engines of Water Injection plant, Crude processing facility, Natural Gas Plant and Degassing Stations.
• Using RCA technique to find out the root cause of equipment/system failure to minimalize downtime of asset/facility.
• Conduct and document Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) on all Equipment Failures.
• Analyzing equipment failure modes and breakdowns to establish improvement plans.
• Ensuring compliance to company standards, procedures, policies, and agreed work specifications.
• Execution of daily planned & urgent maintenance activities and inspections of Plant equipment.
• Scheduling jobs on daily basis, Resource allocation and material identification for daily jobs at Plant.
• Work orders processing for all PM/CM through Maximo.
• Ensure HSE compliance including, PTW, JSA & TRA during execution of all maintenance activities.
• Execute the In-house modification jobs as planned and approved through MOC.
• Utilization of Maximo for work order execution, data entry and reporting.
• Active implementation of the recommendations from RCFA through Maximo work orders.
• Improve availability and reliability of operation within design and operating limits through effective mechanical maintenance.
• Responsible for routine/non-routine preventative and corrective maintenance of WTP, NGP, CPF and DGS i.e. diesel generator engines, Air compressors, Gas Compressors, Inlet Manifolds, Test & inlet Separators, corrosion inhibitor skids, demulsifier skid, antifoam skid and PD/Centrifugal pumps for transferring oil, to ensure smooth operation of BUT.
• Maintaining MAXIMO Work Order System for all equipment at the Plant.
• Effective assistance in developing and upgrading Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for maintenance activities at BUT.

PLANNING
• Scheduling jobs on daily basis- Resource allocation and material identification
• Work orders processing for all PM/CM through Maximo.
• Preparation and circulation of ATA reports of the facility within defined timeline

ENGINEERING & DEVELOPMENT
• Preparation of equipment data of all assets as per MOL master data philosophy and ensure loading in Maximo.
• Familiar with reliability concepts, i.e. trouble shooting, RCA, FMEA, and maintenance strategies such as PMs & PdMs.
• Ensuring compliance to company standards, procedures, policies, and agreed work specifications.
• Identify/Review and Monitor equipment maintenance strategies / PM Plans for all assets at well heads, facilities and gathering systems and sharing with CPF Engineering Team for loading into Maximo.
• SCE and Production critical Equipment Identification and Compilation for Maximo along with PM plan.
• Review and resolve day to day contractors’ claims and complaints related to the assigned project (mechanical) work during construction and ensure HSE compliance.
• Preparation and verification of SCE Register.
• ATA Plans, Planning of upcoming development & in-house modifications.
• De bottle necking study of plants and present recommendations.
• Change Management- MOC Preparation, engineering review with all documents/ drawings for approval & execution.
• Prepare and provide relevant SOP for plant equipment.
• Preparation and Compilation of Annual Budget (CapEx & OpEx) for TPF.
• Prepare Scope of Works, Technical Evaluation and BOM for modification or CAPEX items.
• Responsible & accountable for all procurement for maintenance of facilities.

EXECUTION
• Maintenance of all preventive, predictive, condition monitoring and corrective jobs including fault rectification & troubleshooting with the focus to have least corrective maintenance.
• Execution of daily planned & urgent maintenance activities and inspections on plant, wellhead surface facilities and gathering systems.
• Ensure HSE compliance including, MOL LSRs, PTW, JSA & TRA during execution of all maintenance activities.
• Execute the In-house modification jobs as planned and approved through MOC.
• Utilization of Maximo for work order execution, data entry and reporting.
• Execute maintenance tasks & Inspections during ATA / in-house projects.
• Ensure that monthly maintenance KPIs are met.
• Active implementation of the recommendations from RCFA through Maximo work orders
• Improve availability and reliability of operation within design and operating limits through effective mechanical maintenance.
• On Site Inventory Management of Lubes & Chemicals and Emergency Spares at Tolanj PF
• Responsible for routine/non-routine preventative and corrective maintenance of Gas processing plant equipment i.e. Waukesha & CAT gas and diesel generator engines, Air compressors, Flash Gas Compression system, Loading Arms, Dehydration Unit (DHU), Mechanical Refrigeration Unit (MRU) and PD/Centrifugal pumps for transferring oil to tanks, to ensure smooth plant operation;
• Maintaining MAXIMO Work Order System for all equipment at the production Facility.
• Planning and execution of Annual Turn Around (ATA) Activities.
• Effective assistance in developing and upgrading Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) for maintenance activities
• Analyzing equipment failure modes and breakdowns to establish improvement plans.
• Conduct and document Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) on all Equipment Failures.
• Effective assistance in planning, execution and monitoring of operation & maintenance projects relevant to all Oil & Gas processing facilities,
• Reviewing spare part holdings, ordering spares, and maintaining adequate inventories.
• Preparation of purchase requisitions for operational spares and keeping their track record for maintaining optimum inventory levels.

• Daily, weekly & Monthly Maintenance of Rotary & Stationery Equipments like Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Vessels, Valves, Piping, Gas Generators and Overhead Heat Exchanger at the Plants.
• To maintain the inventory level of plant spares.
• Implementing and maintaining ISO standards.
• Responsible for office works like inquiries, technical evaluations, Store issues, Material handling etc.
• Responsible for maintaining the history of mechanical equipments through Maximo & SAP.
• Taking part in SAP software implementation.
• Planning, Execution, Supervision & participation of maintenance activities of plant.
• Coordination with venders & suppliers regarding equipments & spares.
• I was also the Deputy Team Leader of Emergency Response Team of Rehmat Gas Plant.

Responsible for:
• Daily, weekly monthly Preventive, Corrective & Breakdown maintenance of Rotary & Stationery Equipments like Pumps, Compressors, Heat Exchangers, Heaters, Vessels, Valves, Piping, and Overhead Condensers at the Plants.
• Planning, Execution, and Supervision & have gained Hands-on Experience in Major Turnarounds & Mini Shutdowns of all the Refinery Units Including Distillation Plants & Reformer Plant & also taken part in main overhauling of power plant Engine.
• Have supervised major Projects of replacement of distillation tower trays & Naphtha Stabilizer Trays at Distillation Plant.
• Have hands on experience of operation of different maintenance Machines including High Pressure Jetting Machines (Liqua Blaster, Aqua Dyne), Pneumatic Guns, Rotary Lance & Bundle Pulling Machine (Kid Extractor).
• Have supervised, verified different modifications at the Plants as per Engineering Drawings.
• To maintain the inventory level of plant spares.
