• Review and Update Risk Assessment at Project sites for Geotechnical investigation and Topographic surveys.
• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations.
• Make EHS Plan for Project sites and Highlight HSE Compliance during site activities.
• Execute the work as field engineer consultant.
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects, Design Engineer and subcontractors.
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
• Conduct HSE Training for Sanitary workers and educate them about unseen hazards.
• Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
• Involve in groundwork and review of A&E and statement of work (SOW).
• Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
• Attends meetings with the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) team about Project and briefly described the EHS Compliance.
• Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.

• Collaborate with senior consultants to execute risk analysis studies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist Line-manager (Project Manager) in the process of coordination with Site Supervisors.
To prepare daily progress reports for Management with expert recommendations under the supervision of line-manager.
To frequently visit Project Site as per instructions of line-manager and if decided by line-manager/ company management should be ready for deployment at project site.
Cost estimation for civil works/Projects.
Reviews of completed works and provide solutions for difficult problems.
Plan, supervise, direct and expedite the civil work activities.
To ensure quality and quantity of civil work and recommend the contractor’s invoices in accordance with the specifications.
Execute project / modification and renovation work as per design and specifications to quality, efficiency and within the time and budget allocation.
Participate in the preparation of plans and specifications for infrastructure/services of the assigned construction projects. Scrutinize structural drawings and estimates for the proposed projects.
Prepare construction schedule as and when required, also monitor report and update the progress to the Project Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works at site.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all civil works prior to execution.
Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.
Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at site.
Plans the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to electrical and mechanical groups.
Monitors the actual physical works at site.
Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all civil groups at site.
Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Supports the Asst. Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the civil groups at site.
Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Directly responsible for the safety of all civil groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
