Financial Reporting :
• Prepare and review financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) in accordance with applicable accounting standards (Submit Every Month on 10).
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns (VAT, Zakat, withholding tax, etc.), and compliance with regulatory bodies such as tax authorities and government agencies.

Expenses Monitoring :
• Track and analyze all operating expenses to ensure they stay within budget and are aligned with company goals.

Vendor & Contract Review:
• Evaluate supplier contracts and service agreements to negotiate better terms or explore more cost-effective alternatives.

Approvals and Process:

• Monthly Payroll, All Vendor Payments, All Bank Transactions, Petty Expenses will be process in Bank. All Customers Invoice, Vendor Invoices and Contracts will be Approve.

Policies & Procedures Implementation:

• Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure internal controls, prevent fraud, and promote accountability.

Audit Coordination:
• Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations; address audit findings and implement recommendations.

Team Leadership:
• Supervise, mentor, Hire, and develop finance and accounting staff to build a high-performing and motivated team.

System Implementation & Oversight:
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems (e.g., Accounting software) to improve accuracy and efficiency.
