- Updated and modified the company Human Resources Policies in accordance to Qatar Labor Law and Company Policies.
- Implemented all Human Resources Procedures from scratch which includes the following; Employee Relations Procedures, Recruitment Procedures, Governmental Affairs Procedures, Rewards and Policy Procedures, Performance Management Procedures and Learning and Training Procedures.

My role involves preparing HOT, Offer Letters, Various Official Letters, contacting potential candidates, preparing weekly reports, coordinate with other departments, preparing the weekly MOM, Monthly Directorate, Document Control reports, Preparing Sales & Leasing Presentations as well as going through the majority of the department presentations and reviewing any presentation that the team had prepared, I am also familiar with Oracle & SAP system for any HR and Finance related issues. I also monitor and control/Monitor the department budget and has the sole access to use Oracle in terms of purchases for the department.
HR & Employee Relations is responsible for providing full HR support to all RasGas employees and departments. The section is in charge of Personnel Administration, Payroll Management, SAP Record Maintenance; Personnel Data Maintenance and Policy Implementation

- Generate a wide variety of written reports in electronic formats, using SAP.
- Communicates with employees, departments, administrators, for the purpose of providing information and assistance.
- Informs employees regarding a variety of procedures and requirements needed, to process their requests.
- Investigates a variety of Human Resources related issues.
- Maintains manual and electronic documents, files and records of all employees for the purpose of providing accurate information in compliance with established guidelines using the electronic ticketing system.
- Provides information on a variety of topics (e.g. benefits, dependents updates, employment, air-fares, claims etc.).
- Responds to written and verbal inquiries from employees for the purpose of resolving problems, providing information and/or referring to appropriate personnel and/or identifying the relevant issues and recommending or implementing a remediation plan.
- Supports the Human Resource Administrator and department staff as needed and/or assigned for the purpose of assisting in the performance of their work activities.
- Process all inquiries and requests sent to Employees Affairs through E-ticketing system.
- Generate Assignment/Sponsorship Contracts for employees for their Business and Learning purposes.
- Handle employees Data updates in the system "Reporting structure, work schedule, allowances...etc".
- Taking employee’s emergency calls to help them and guide them.
- Process Dependents updates (Marital status Updates, New dependents, changing dependents status from Outside Qatar to Qatar and vice versa)
- Processing payments and allowances (furnishing, salary advances, vacation advances, car loans)
- Preparing memo’s related to (exceptions, payments, compensations, reimbursements, simulation, allowances and waiving payments).
- Process Separation Process from A-Z "Resignation, Termination, and Qatarization”, taking the time to explain the whole process to employees and informing/guiding them through it, and process the separation from informing the bank, till the employee receives his final settlement which I prepare fully.
