Identify potential vendors
Scrutinize and review the PRF and send enquiry to approved Vendors to obtain Quotations
Obtain written price quotes from vendors
Co-ordinate with Proj. Manager / user on technical specifications
Prepare TOQ making recommendation based on commercial and technical factors
Co-ordinate with Fin. Dept. for establishing L/C / arranging advance payments
Updating with prices for the Estimation and Sales department (Bidding stage)
Study / Analyze trends resulting from Statistical Data and propose suggestions / recommendations to eliminate root causes of NCRs, complaints and other improvement opportunities.
Review and report to Sr. Lead Auditor / QA Manager on Operational controls implementation with regards to the QMS, especially in the shop floors.
Assist QA Team in the effective management of QMS (Documentation and Record control).
Issue the model for engendering management.
Coordinates with Checkers/Project Leaders in executing certain project or task being assigned.
Member of Human Resources Process & Service Improvements.
