_Treasury reports daily & weekly variance comments.

_Accounts payable( booking invoices).
_Matching AR & AP.
_Bank reconciliation.
_Issuing cheques and make sure that it has been received by suppliers.

_Managing communication including emails and phone calls.
_Schedule meeting oppiontments and reservation.
_Drafts and prepare memos, letters and reports.
_Purchasing company’s supplies and equipments.
_preparing presentations.

-Working after sales services department.
-Developing long-term relationship with customers through managing and interpreting their complaints.
-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
-Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
