Duties:
• Gathering customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and
emails.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders.
• Checking quantities of goods in stock. • Recording sales and order information.
• Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements.
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations .
• Feeding future buying trends back to employers.

Case coordinator will ensure the effective administrative processing of all referrals related to cardiovascular disease or
Cath lab procedures.
-Liaison between the patients, insurance company and the medical team to promote effective communication.
-Maintain close contact with the patients to fulfill all the clients’ needs to assure smooth delivery of services.

Live interpretation and translation between the doctor and the patients at all the clinics within Al Habib Hospital.
-Translate all kinds of Medical Reports between English & Arabic.
-Tours and guidance for the patients at the hospital by translating and organizing procedures.
-Guarantee that full information and doctors' orders are delivered to the patients in the correct translated method.
-Deliver the results to the patients via different communications methods.
-Following up with Patients' Affairs.

-Supervise and train the Receptionists.
-Preparing reports for the daily activities.
-Responsible for following up the patients' appointments.
-Providing patients with the regular reports.
-Managing and guiding the relation between my staff and the patients.
-Coordination between doctors & patients.
