-Participating in advising the management on the applicable laws, regulations and rules.
-Playing a main role in assisting staff on compliance issues and acting as a contact
point within the authorised person for compliance quires.
-Essentially participating in establishing, implementing, enforcing and maintaining of the organization compliance program.
-Helping in preparing comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
-Being a part of a team in updating compliance policies periodically to ensure the authorised person is in compliance with the latest regulations and instructions
related to its operations and activities.
➢ As one of the first members to join the new office, played an important role as HR support and facilitating expatriate staff in their reallocations as well as activating numerous visa requests for worldwide visiting staff.
➢ Performs Secretarial role at Committees meetings with minutes taking responsibilities.
➢ Assists staff in all four divisions until such time that one of the divisions considers credentials suitable for redeployment.
➢ Filing all the documents related to my work.
➢ Checking all the incoming payments-Saudi Riyal/Foreign Currencies for UBS senior employees.
➢ Perform other duties/responsibilities assigned by Superior/Section Head.
