• Leading the assigned resources to produce a high quality offers ensuring the following:
o The application of the tendering processes and tools by the bid team.
o Offer Time Planning and responsibilities distributions to ensure the submission within the given time line
o Supporting team members in finding solutions to problems and facilitating work
o Risk Analysis completion before the submission
 Technical Risks
 Financial Risks
 Implementation & Project management Risks
 Other risks
o End to End Cost Analysis & optimization.
o Preparing Prices comparisons and competition analysis
o Preparing profitability analysis by generating Initial project Income statement including positive NPV & ROI for Business unit approval
o Ensure the approval of all critical units such as legal, finance, RAC, …….
o Ensure high quality submitted documents.
• Bid managing & Integration Full Turnkey Bids & RFQ’s including Civil Works & Services
• Preparing & Updating Customer prices catalogues
• Handling customer presentations and offer defence all over Middle East region
• Helping the customer putting its strategy and future plans based on the market drivers.
• Supporting the customer building their year over year budget and plans.
• Scope covers Vodafone Qatar’s E2E requirements including:
o VFQ Fixed network
 FTTH solution over GPON
 IMS core
 DWDM introduction
o VFQ Mobile Network
 Mobile Access, Transmission and backhauling.
