Design review,
• Review Shop Drawings & Material Submittals,
• Coordination with other disciplines.
• Conformity to construction regulations & required for the projects.
• Maintenance responsible.
• Overall responsible for the technical review and coordination of the architectural and
interior design submittals, in accordance with schedules, international and local
design standards as well as liaison with the Core Team directions.
• Responsible for ensuring the architects and inspectors carry out the
necessary coordination with other trades.
• Oversee the contractor’s implementation of the quality assurance program,
architectural and interior works interfacing
• Oversee the review of architectural and interior workshop drawings and materials to
ensure all design intent parameters have been considered and due attention has
been given to special or unique field conditions.
• Responsible for the technical review and coordination of the contractor’s
architectural and interior design submittals, in accordance with design intent, and
international and local design standards as well as in liaison with the Core Team
directions.
• Responsible for ensuring the architectural shop drawings are fully coordinated with
other trades.
• Oversee the construction activities to ensure compliance with approved shop
drawings and materials.
• Oversee the contractor’s implementation of the quality assurance program,
architectural and interior works interfacing.
• Conduct detailed review of architectural and interior workshop drawings and
materials to ensure all design intent parameters have been considered and due
attention has been given to special or unique field conditions.
