• Quantity take-off for all Electrical Systems from the consultant /tender drawings.
• Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers / Manufacturers as per the makes specified in the tender documents.
• Analyze the received quotations from suppliers, Perform a comparison among received quotations trying to reach the most competitive one and meanwhile satisfy the client's requirements.
• Meet with subcontractors and suppliers, when required to discuss and clarify technical and commercial aspects.
• Preparation of BOQ and Estimation for the projects.
• Preparation of contract variations and Interim claims for the project.
