More than seventeen years work experience in the petroleum plant oil and gas complex.
▪️ Installing and commissioning both impressed current and galvanic anodes, document the installation and test to ensure proper operation
▪️ construction and operation of reference cells and maintain them in a manner that will provide accurate control of CP system
▪️Install permanent (stationary) reference cells and check them periodically to insure they are in good working order
▪️ taking “On” and “Instant off” structure-to-electrolyte potential readings by Installing current interrupters in rectifiers or bonds
▪️Carry out, check and adjust ICCP T/R current and voltage output measurements.
▪️Conduct advanced surveys related to CP systems (Soil resistivity, CIP & DCVG) to detect deficiencies and correcting identified interference issues.
Testing and maintenance of CP measurement equipment.
Pipeline Maintenance Pigging Activities
▪️ Follow up pigging operation according to the planned frequency.

▪️Solve stray current interference problems by controlling and using mitigation bond.
▪️ Monitoring current interference of CP system for (tanks &pipes) of Refinery Plant.
▪️ Monitoring of sea water intake CP system permanent reference electrodes, anodes
▪️Preparing complete plan/road-map for cathodic protection monitoring for each facility.
▪️Internal Corrosion Monitoring Activities Planning of annual corrosion monitoring program based on hot spots from corrosion data
▪️replacement of corrosion monitoring elements, including weight loss corrosion coupons, ER probes, LPR probes, Galvanic probes.
▪️ Monitoring & maintenance of cathodic protection facilities like Transformer rectifiers, Anode Junction Box, Cathode Junction Box, Transformer Rectifier Unit, earthling Pits, Anode Ground Bed, Test Station, Grounding Cell, Polarization cell, Surge Diverter, Sacrificial Anodes,
▪️Have a knowledge of International Codes and Standard relating to oil and gas industry, structure, NACE standard specifications corrosion control and monitoring activities.
