• Build commissioning plan for Sellout and Salesmen thru team
• Handling the process of Contracts of (SIM Application) Auditing.
• Market scanning and planning to select better Stores
• Follow up / monitoring the activity of competitors in IR Channel on the Ground / Market visit.
• Maintain the deep relationship with IR / Wholesale Salesmen and owners.
• Meet the owner of the A+ Segmented Stores in order to support him to Sale mores of new Products and maintain a Good Relationship
• Visit Top Dealer Stores in weekly basis.
• Send Comprehensive feedback supported with images about each things related to Competitors and new Technology field noticed in the market.
• Support with the process of Hiring new member within the team.
• Define and evaluate KPI for each team leader on quarterly basis based on business Needs.
• To increase sales of Mobily Brand products through the distribution to remote areas across distribution team / KSA Coverage.
• Monitor / promoter performance on weekly basis
• Find new customers and open new markets in remote areas ( Maximize the Coverage )
• Build 1-1 relationship with channel management team of distributors and outlets owners across all regions.
• All Products of Mobily ( SIM + Recharge Vouchers ) Stock distribution to the customer to achieve the target.
• Follow with Salesmen to check their Stocks availability.
• Review the current market share / growth status and build Monthly plan accordingly.
• Drive the Project Electronic vouchers and set a Quarterly plan based on Business needs and ensure it is applied.
• Weekly meeting to develop a distribution plan with Sales team.
• Coordinate with warehouse to distribute the new Point of Sales items for Mobily products are distributed and deployed one week before the product day Zero ( Posters, Dummies, Danglers, Brochures and training)
• Monitoring all the Promotions, advertising Campaigns for all major competitive brands and prepare a weekly Comprehensive report.
• Lead Weekly meeting where we share with the Team member their Sellout figures and get market feedback and agree on the areas of improvement / Action Plan next week.
• Ensure New Products (Dummies Segmentation, Posters fixing and visual materials executions) are presented clearly to consumers.
• Collect the Stock availability report from each store and report it to Sales Manager.
• Fill-in the daily performance tracking report.
• Send orders of products according to the weekly quotas
• Work with Axiom Telecom Academy department and ensure all retail staff are well trained with new products launched.
