Operational tasks:
• Plans, directs and executes the sales strategy and tasks to focus on strategic priorities
• Establishes and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for their department
• Develops a proactive plan for retaining existing customers, enhancement of relationships and penetrating into new markets and with potential customers
• Provides customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
• Plans and oversee sales activities and marketing campaigns to ensure the targeted revenue income will be achieved
• Develops and implements annual business plan in terms of target revenue, Manpower budgeting, and oversees hiring process in coordination with HR dept.
Management:
• Reviews Fleet inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments
• Confers with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business
• Establishes credit policies and operating procedures
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding the monthly and annual sales targets from rental & lease sales as per plan
• Generates sales targets by securing new corporate and public rental contracts to achieve departmental sales objective as planned
• Manages and supervises all sales efforts and monitor existing contracts ensuring that all contract terms and conditions are met timely
• Manages all operational activities such as vehicle pricing, quotations preparation and submission, negotiation with customers and attend business meetings
Customer Focus:
• Monitors and analyses Customer satisfaction and performs necessary actions to retain customers and to resolve customer complaints
• Always ensures the highest level of customer satisfaction through excellent services and promotional activities as per company guidelines
• Estimates customer demand and determine the types and specifications of vehicles are available
Reports, Documentation and System updating:
• Performs all functional responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and procedures
• Prepares and analyses all periodical reports and forwards the results to department Manager with suggestions for improvement.
• Performs necessary documentation and record keeping for all contractual documents and other legal documents related to rental or lease sales contracts
Invoicing oriented:
• Ensures issuance of invoices either before or upon expiry of rental agreement and return of rented vehicles, along with the necessary documentations guaranteeing payments on timely basis
• Verifies the submitted invoices to send to clients and monitors Branch Controllers, Rental Sales Agent and Collectors regarding collections
Team focus and development:
• Plans and oversees the daily operational tasks for staff in the departments
• Instructs staff on how to handle difficult and complicated sales
• Oversees work activities of subordinates, organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise
• Supervises and directs staff on preparing different quotations or contracts by overseeing the customer’s and company’s interest
• Plans and prepares work schedules and keep records of employees' work schedules and time cards
• Directs and supervises employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers
• Hires, trains, and evaluates personnel in sales or marketing establishments, promoting and providing feedback on workers performance when appropriate
