Establish and integrate vendor collaboration, evaluate vendor performance, and maintain accurate records of vendor invoices. Establish subcontract agreements and evaluate the performance of the subcontractors.

 Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members. Conducting inspections and identifying areas for extra maintenance work. Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow safe work practices. Quick response to emergency maintenance needs. Ensure the documentation of maintenance records of fleets and buildings.
