- Led and managed the projects’ closing stage to excellent standards carrying out: final inspections, snagging lists, handing over procedures and final authorities inspections to obtain completion certificates.

-Performing inspections on materials and works to ensure quality and adequacy.
-Solving Design or execution Issues faced during Construction Phase.
-Reviewing and granting approvals for Shop drawings, Method Statements and Material Submittals.
- Looking into Variation Requests and Requests for Information Submitted by the Contractor.
-Following Up the Inspection and Testing Plan and reviewing test results.

MBS, STAAD pro and SAP2000.
- Performing Material Take Off analysis and providing Bill of Materials for projects.
- Providing full and detailed cost estimation for
Designed steel buildings.
- Preparing proposal drawings for using AutoCAD.
