Key Responsibilities
1- Support the Security Operations Team by daily managing and supervising the security team at RSG.
2- Ensure that security training, policies and procedures are adhered to and regularly updated (guard force, security surveillance and journey management)
3- Support and assist in Site Security Assessments (SSAs) to support the wider RSG Project, to include assessments and report submittals.
4- Support, manage and supervise special VIP events and visits when requested, such as single day visits and media events.
5- Support and promote an ethos that RSG takes all reasonable and practical measures to protect the security and safety of staff, residents, visitors, and key assets under their area of responsibility.
6- Support all internal security operations matters, particularly in relation to contracted private security/guard services.
7- Assist the daily operations of a fully integrated RSG security force which provides static and mobile security, critical infrastructure, incident response and inter-agency liaison.
8- Support and assist with security audits, compliance and investigations of communities and labor camps.
9- Assist Leadership and Management staff with the implementation of security best practices throughout RSG operations.
10- Collaboratively support:
- Developing the future of security for RSG.
- Security operations and oversight of contract private contractor guard forces.
- Safeguard and guarantee that guards training is planned and continual throughout the year and updated prior to new systems going live.
- Build strong relationships and partnerships with Saudi security agencies and other alliances.
- Surveillance and Monitoring.

1. Patrol and monitor hallways, stairwells, toilet facilities, outside facilities, and other public and
unsupervised places of the school to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff and
the security of the facility.
2. Ensure a smooth traffic flow of students through the hallways, assisting students with on-time
arrival to class and to assigned locations.
3. Assist with supervision in the breakfast and lunch periods and with morning arrival and
afternoon dismissal of students.
4. Remove disruptive students from classes when needed.
5. Assist the professional staff, police, and emergency personnel in handling emergencies or
disruptive situations.
6. Assist visitors with directions and secure proper identification.
7. Challenge unauthorized visitors and escort them to exits.
8. Report any discipline infractions, unauthorized visitors, and acts of vandalism to the Principal.
Notify the building administration, police, and/or appropriate emergency personnel of any
emergency, potentially dangerous, or unusual situations,
Care of Ill and Injured Pupils.
9. Notify immediately appropriate personnel of evidence of substance abuse, child abuse, child
neglect, severe medical or social conditions, potential suicide or individuals appearing to be
under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or anabolic steroids.
10. Promote student responsibility for behavior and attitude by serving as a role model and dressing
and grooming professionally.
11. Display ethical and professional behavior in working with students, parents, school personnel,
and outside agencies associated with the school.
12. Protect confidentiality of records and information about staff, and use discretion when sharing
any such information within legal confines.
13. Perform any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment, as assigned by their supervisor.

Team leader

The Personal Security Detail (PSD) Team Leader is responsible for the personal protection of the
Program Manager and/or the assigned Principals under the direction of the PSD Lead
Supervisor. The PSD Team Member will follow PSD security procedures to effectively ensure
mission compliance. The PSD Team Member will assist in the development of PSD policies,
guidelines and procedures to ensure mission required performance.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1 - Performs personnel protective service detail assignments as they pertain to assigned
programs.
2 - Responsible for safe operations of assigned PSD transportation to ensure principals
safety, to include mobile, air and static venue operations.
3 - Utilize special weapons and tactics to ensure mission success.
4 - Conducts protective formation positions daily.
5 - Conducts advanced security reconnaissance of projected routes.
6 - Conducts static security assignments when directed.
7 - Preclude behavior that would reflect poorly on program management, the Department
of Defense, or the Government of assigned country.
8 - Presents a clean and professional appearance.
9 - Other duties deemed necessary by management.

KAF ( Kuwait Air Force ) 6 weeks Ground School- flight simulator, full and care inspection of aircraft ( expected of pilot ), UHF/VHF and SATCOM training, TAC beacon, dunker drills in both helicopter and fast jet.
