I joined Ishraq Energy as a start up and worked closely alongside the investors to build a strategy, business plan and a budget. built up the company to reach 28 employees by the end of 2019 with a yearly revenue of $3M. The company achieved its financial targets in both 2017, 2018 and 2019 including a positive net profit in the first year. In 2019 it expanded its targets to include neighboring promising markets such as KSA, UAE, Egypt, Palestine, Syria and Iraq.
- Secured clients in KSA, UAE, Syria, Iraq and Palestine, while working closely with local EPCs and contractors, projects scope varied between engineering, consultations and supervision.
- Company achieved its sales targets with 128% achievement in the P/L requirements for 2019 in Jordan.
- Established an Academy for training in Amman with a capacity of 700 trainees a year in various sustainability related sectors, winning training bids to train over 400 trainees with Cowater, Profix, JEA and CARE during 2019.
- Renewable Energy unit booked the sales of over 80 projects with a total capacity of 5.5MWp ($5.6M) achieving over 110% of 2018 annual target, Include 3.45MWp for C-town and 619kWp for Estesharia Poultry
- Renewable Energy unit signed over 50 projects with a total of 4.7MWp ($4.5M) achieving over 160% of 2017 annual target, generating positive net profit at first year.
- Renewable Energy Unit landed medium scale projects for the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (1.2MWp), Fitness Vega (2MWp) and Assas Concrete factory (521kWp) in the first year.
• Developed technical and financial proposals by adding new software to the department.
• Building a systematic sales, offering and follow up procedures while enhancing company’s image.
• Achieved 112.7% of annual sales target for 2015 ($2.25Million).
• Developed marketing techniques and expanding company’s reach to which tripled yearly pipeline for 2016.
• Signed the first mega scale project with Cableco Factory (2MWp - $1.55Million).
• Played a leading role in expanding company’s reference from 1.2 MWp to 6.2 MWp within two years.
• Developed technical offer to include PVSyst Simulation
• Developed design features by adding Google SketchUp 3D designs
• Provided technical support to sales department which helped in sales over achievement
• Played a role in the agreement and installation of 8 projects with a total of 302 kWp
Graduated with focus on Energy and specializing in Renewable Energy in both internship and graduation project. I also spent a full year in the USA as a cultural exchange student.
