-perform inspection of purchased raw materials, subassembiles or finished food product according to well defined criteria using standrad physical, mechnical and or electrical and set recipes.
-conduct in line monitoring of products process .accurately documents the results of the inspecttion and testing.
-rework or reject subassemblies or finished food items as required if it deos not meet the standards .
-conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards .
-maintain all controlled documents files and test records in a timely and accurate nanner.
-participate in the construction and or revision of fsms-haccp manual.
