Work Description:
• Chart of preventive/breakdown maintenance schedule, plan activities and resources before execution.
• Ensure the completion of daily responsibilities of maintenance personnel and all scheduled PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) & rectification works of the equipments in coordination with the site supervisors in order to achieve the set business target and the monthly invoicing plans.
• Identify the cause of failure in the machines and provide diagnostic report with solutions and keeping statistical records of all failures and process observations in a clear feedback mechanism to improve the product reliability.
• Maintain the latest Safety Standards as well as the ISO procedures and ensure the equipments’ certification by the authorized third party inspectors as per the latest standard “BS EN 1808:2015”.
• Identify, establish and maintain relationship with variety of best vendors to ensure timely and accurate receipt and keep the current inventory of all required spare parts.
• Pricing, preparation and submission of Annual Maintenance Contracts proposals and spare parts quotations and follow up for the clients’ approvals.
• Maintain the database updating required for the timely follow up of the existing maintenance contracts’ renewal, the Warranty/DLP Projects and the new inquiries’ tendering.
• Perform Sales and Marketing activities for new Maintenance Contracts of the Building Maintenance Units (BMU) including the Roof Trolley Machines, Façade Access Systems & Cradles and Aerial Work Platforms.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with the existing clients with due consideration to their satisfaction; study of maintenance market segment and opening new channels to build new work relationships with new clients by persuading them in terms of quality, price and delivery.
• Negotiating the tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.
Work Description:

• Monitoring and taking part in operations including developing, inspecting projects, implementing modifications and recommending specifications, improvements and scheduling for maintenance contracts; guide maintenance team through scheduled tasks.
• Conduct failure analysis with design/quality functions and target root causes, implement corrective and preventive action-retrofit of function installations.

• Review and study the clients’ technical and commercial requirements.
• Review the project estimates and obtain confirmation on variations prior to material ordering.
• Co-ordinate with engineering team on drawing preparations and arrange for technical submittals.
• Liaise with contractor and consultant for approval of the technical submittals.
• Preparation and submission of Project Specifications Compliance Statements and reply to the clients’ comments.
• Follow up and co-ordinate with organization and with contractor on issues like procurement, production, logistics & Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).
• Review and negotiate variation orders, organize inspection, delivery and follow up on payments. Plan cost savings on the project and contractual closure of the project.
• Timely action to ensure smooth execution of projects with due consideration to customers’ satisfaction.
Project: BAB Gas Compression Project / Habshan - Abu Dhabi
Work Description:
• Organizing, controlling and monitoring the subcontractors' site teams for the planned daily works and activities including the electrical, instrumentation & other construction works required to operate the gas compression stations CS#1, CS#2, CS#3, the Main Gas Control Room (MGCR) & the Main Intake Substation (MIS).
• Ensuring the availability of proper equipments & tools and the safety requirements at site and preparation of the required permits and documents (including the Method Statements & Risk Assessments) prior to starting of works.
• Counting the quantities of the required materials and following up to maintain the timely receipt of these materials to the warehouse and to the site.
• Ensuring that the established procedures and good standard engineering practice are implemented at site as per the approved specifications & drawings and in accordance with the planned schedule.
• Submission and performing the required site inspections to get the consultant/client approvals for the completed works.
• Checking and following up the manpower & equipment’s mobilization plan and productivity schedules.
• Preparation of work progress reports and coordination with the subcontractors and suppliers in order to meet the work schedule and the project time frame.
• Checking and reviewing the invoices of electrical, instrumentation, painting & insulation works.
• Checking and verifying the subcontractors’ cost proposals for the variation orders. Preparation of contract amendments according to the actual completion dates & final quantities.
Underground 11KV Cabling (Pulling, Jointing, Termination & Testing)
Project: Dubai World Central / Al Maktoom International Airport
Work Description:
• Ensuring that the cable drums received from suppliers are matching with their packing lists and test certificates.
• Minimizing the wastage of cables by choosing the suitable cable drums according to the actual measurements taken at site.
• Coordination with the client and civil contractor to ensure that the cable routing is not interfering with other services like piping, structures, equipments or cables. Checking the completion of the cable routing (trenches & duct banks) as per the approved specifications & drawings.
• Ensuring the availability of proper equipments & tools and the safety requirements at site and preparation of the required permits and documents (including the Method Statements & Risk Assessments) prior to starting of works.
• Organizing, controlling and monitoring the site teams (supervisors, foremen, technicians & helpers) for the daily works and activities.
• Submission and performing the required site inspections to get the consultant’s/client’s approvals for the completed works.
• Carrying out the insulation resistance test, continuity test and high-potential test for all cables before energizing witnessed by the client’s representatives, consultant, contractor and the third party inspector.
Project: Dubai Festival City Mall
Work Description:
• Organizing, controlling and monitoring the site teams to implement the electrical works and activities including:
Cable tray & trunking erection / PVC & GI Conduits’ Installation / Power & Lighting wiring / Fire alarm and CO2 Systems’ wiring and installation / Earthing & Installation of Power Distribution Boards / Power and control cables’ termination / Installation and Commissioning of LV Switchgears & MCC Panels controlling the Air Handling Units, Elevator Equipments & Exhaust Fans / Installation (Pulling, Testing & Termination) of LV Cables feeding the Air Handling Units / Operation and testing of Air Handling Units.
• Counting the quantities of the required materials and following up to maintain the timely receipt of these materials to the warehouse and to the site.
• Following the safety procedures at site and preparation of required permits before the starting of work.
• Ensuring that the established procedures and good standard engineering practice are implemented at site as per the approved specifications & drawings and in accordance with the planned schedule.
• Submission and performing the required site inspections to get the consultant’s/client’s approvals for the completed works.
• Preparation of Load Distribution Schedule.
• Coordination with the client’s representatives and civil contractors and preparation of the work progress reports and maintain the completion of the snag list works as per the planned schedule & completion target.

• Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm Systems as per the approved specifications & drawings.
• Define and specify the job responsibilities for the subcontractors’ Site Teams through the Pre-commissioning of the fire alarm systems and carrying out the Installation, Testing & Commissioning of these systems.
• Carrying out the maintenance and troubleshooting works for the installed Fire Alarm Systems.
• Ensuring that the fire alarm systems and all facilities connected to it are working properly and organizing the civil defense inspections accordingly.
