Preparing and raising tenders to procure pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices and medical supplies.
-Secure the customers’ needs in the most effective and efficient manner.
-Secure the lowest prices and best value for our customer through the use of strategic purchase in large quantity at competitive prices.
-Developing a criteria to analyze the tenders.
-Evaluate the suppliers’ proposals.
-Finalizing the award.
-Drafting the contracts with suppliers.
UL is approved by the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) as a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Riyadh).
- To review “Medical Devices Marketing Authorizations (MDMA)” applications in accordance with the Saudi Medical Devices Interim Regulations. These regulations require the Legal Manufacturer to demonstrate compliance with the regulations in one of the 5 GHTF countries: EU (MDD/IVD/AIMD), USA (510(k), PMA, QSR), Canada (SOR/98-282), Japan (JPAL), and Australia (Australian MD Regulations).
- To review the documentation and provide the SFDA with a recommendation for MDMA license issue / denial.
- To support SFDA to protect the Saudi market and ensure that only safe and effective medical devices are imported into KSA.
Reviewing all MDMA application | Knowledge transfer with UL Safety Company | Evaluate all trial data and resolve all queries and assessment all research scientists.
