Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention and labor relations.
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, coaching, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining productivity and quality.
Guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs within the company.
Provide guidance to employees about company's policies, procedures and practices, and the need for consistency and compliance.
Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
Monitoring and implementation of Saudisation Plans.
Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of company employees.
Make recommendations to senior management about the employee's progress, promotions, recognitions, and disciplinary actions.
Participate in the company's strategic planning and implementation.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, and updating policies.
Attend meetings and conferences, as employee-management liaison, to facilitate communication between parties.
Ensure company portals, licenses and registration documents are valid and updated.
