• Lead and manage media monitoring, translation and public relations service providers. In addition to patient stories process, speaking engagement program, crisis communications and the budget plan.
• Media & Public Relations: responsible to provide tactical and strategic plan to enhance media relations and collaborations with key stockholders, including Department of Health, AD Media and others to promote the hospital externally.
• Oversees media activities including interview opportunities, media interviews and press conferences
• Branding & Video Productions: managing in-house video productions for patient stories and work in collaboration with media and others projects to promote the hospital externally.
• Media Training: established speaking engagement practice sessions to prepare physicians and senior management for media opportunities.
• Internal Communications: managing the intranet content process, training of intranet power users and assist the team to develop and maintain departmental intranet sites.
• Plans and manages internal communications campaigns to promote internal events and department initiatives through different communications channels.
• Crisis Communications: developing and updating the crises communications plan, conducting crisis simulations twice a year in collaboration with the emergency management team to ensure team readiness in case of a crisis.

• Corporate Social Responsibilities & Government Affairs: responsible to analyze external requests of sponsorship or contributions and developing yearly sponsorship recommendations and budget plan.
• Providing tactical and strategic government relations recommendations to the management, and supporting the development of the yearly public affairs, events and media plans.
• Enhancing strong relations within the community and supporting the sponsored educational program, for example; INJAZ Al Arab, Emirates Foundation, Family Development Foundation, the Petroleum Institute, Schools and Universities.
• Planning and organizing volunteer activities with INJAZ Al Arab to support school-based learning programs.
• Events Management: planning and coordinating for preparing all logistics/requirements, advertisements, administrative tasks, liaises with PR agencies, media and protocols to support major events and ceremonies related to corporate social responsibility activities and International events including: World Future Energy Summit (WFES), Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC), Abu Dhabi Grand Prix (F1), Community events like the Global Women in Management (GWIM) and other collaborations with Special Care Center, and Abu Dhabi Red Crescent).
• Hold internal events to engage and educate employees on aspects such as family day, HSSE day, UAE cultural awareness.
• Media & Communication: building strong relations with national and international media, reviewing press releases, securing required approval prior publishing articles and managing internal communications activities.
• Preparing talking points and presentations for senior leadership prior attending external meetings with stakeholders.
• Developing marketing collaterals, reviewing and endorsing produced advertisements, materials prior marketing campaigns, and manage the content of the local website.

• Employee Relations: responsible for the overall employee relations management of 190 personnel located in two bases, ICAD and Jabal Ali, and the internal communication to improve awareness and motivation of employees.
• Supporting departments performance management and employee development, through performance appraisals, career planning, job descriptions, career orientation review (COR), promotions and recognition/reward programs.
• Liaising with Payroll and Compensation & Benefits Administration to process all personnel changes, leaves, new hires, terminations, overtimes, promotions etc.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with the organizational policies, UAE labor policies and implementing standards and procedures within the locations.
• Employee Engagement & Events: planning and managing family events, health & safety campaigns and team engagement activities.
• Recruitment: supporting the recruitment team to prepare for participating in Tawdheef and university career fairs, for instance; Sharjah University, American University of Sharjah, UAE University, HCT and others.
• Maintaining the relationships with key universities to attract talented undergraduates
• Relocation & Onboarding: managing the process of onboarding newcomers and ensuring complete the newcomer’s induction and orientation, as well as the process of relocation for transferred employees.
• Conducting newcomer’s orientation and manage the process of employment contracts for new hires and relocated personnel.

• Regular meeting with potential investors to promote available residential and commercial units in different projects in Dubai, Ras Al Khaima and Ajman. Coordinating client site visits, negotiates rental prices and supports in managing property leasing.
• Participating in property and real estate exhibitions to support in sales and properness of the stand. Attended, Cityscape 2008 in Dubai and Worldwide Property Show 2008 in Bahrain.
• Contributing to expand the client’s network in the GCC and Africa, through business trips to Tanzania, Kenya and four other GCC countries meet potential investors and present our projects

•Contributed in school renovation projects, Beach Cleanup Campaign, Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, Majid Festival, Takatof Symposium on Volunteering in the Education sector.
