Job Purpose:
To monitor the cost controlling procedures in order to help management in the decision making process, and achieve the company objectives.

Job Description:
• Calculate and validate all products cost in order to ensure correct costing and facilitate selling price decision making.
• Monitor and control the different cost controlling procedures and policies to ensure the full compliance with company policies and safeguard company interests.
• Analyze the line and material efficiency in order to support the decisions regarding the optimal utilization of production facilities and material consumption.
• Carry out different recipe validation and data collection projects to ensure the proper execution of the projects.
• Enter the material item and products master data in order to ensure the correctness of the company transaction and reporting.
• Involved in the calculation of the Cost of Goods Sold and total Overheads cost for annual budget.
• Assist in preparation of budgets by coordinating with all involved departments and negotiating for reaching an effective budget.
• Prepare a weekly & Monthly variances reports to discussed and reported to Managements
• Hold monthly meetings with management to discuss the budgetary position and agree action plans where required.
• Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports to senior management
• Analyzing and controlling actual Raw and Packaging Material consumption Vs. Standard in a weekly basis to be discussed with managements.
• Reconciliation on actual and standard manpower in all production lines for cost controlling.
