and highlights the reasons for deviations monthly.
Coaching and development of team members.
Accountable for managing the delivery of three projects Packages (Nonprocess
buildings approx. 440M SAR, integrated security systems approx.
105M SAR and border guard security cameras for the mine area approx.
30M SAR).
Managing the project team including any subcontractors.
Ensuring Projects and Programs are executed using agreed standards &
processes.
Review and approve all project documentation.
Resolve any problems and issues that arose.
Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.
Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
Updating project plans to include agreed changes.
Escalating issues and areas of concern to senior managers.

communication and fire protection and detection systems.

maintenance programs, preparation of plans and specifications for the
repair of existing systems and equipment. Participates in electrical projects
related activities under the custody of the Shared Services Organization
(SSO). Monitor project status, cost and closure.
Supporting some activities in control systems including Pi system
(Historian) and control network firewall administration.

data and calibration of 11 field control stations (signal conditioning
cards).
5- Changing old operator stations monitors from CRT’s to Flat LCD.
6- Review Basic designs with engineering.
Observation and supervising on all maintenance and operation related
work for the university campus done by the contractor and sub-
contractor.
