Responsible for all ticketing operations of events held in the UAE, KSA and Bahrain. (Sports events,
concerts and exhibitions for clients such as Samaco, Rotana, Shabab Al Ahli FC, Sharjah FC, Al
Wasl FC etc.)
• On-site support before, during and after each event.
• Learn the ticketing system in order to build, maintain and improve events from the back end
• Work with the accounts department to create reports provided to the clients (Ticketing operations
report, tickets sold etc.)
• Attend monthly meetings with clients to improve operations, efficiency and customer interest.
• Work closely with the marketing team to establish marketing packages specific to the needs of the
clients/customers.
• Offer 24-hour support, manage changes, and monitor event progress.
• Organize ticketing operations for various high-profile events (UAE President’s Cup, AFC Champions
League, Arab Gulf League, Arab Gulf Cup, Egyptian Super Cup)
• Provide support for on-site raffle draws
• Deliver necessary marketing information to clients resulting in multiple bonus events run through
Platinumlist
• Create stadium manifests to maintain accurate data (venue capacity, entrances, seat arrangement
Responsible for each and every single aspect related to Sales, Finance and Audit, Inventory and
Client Relations.
• Maintain close relationships with suppliers.

• Responsible for the Sales division of the Digital-marketing and Social-media technologies:
• Google Ad Words.
• Web-designing
Responsible for supervising the audit procedures of ISO.
• Managing some financial aspects (paper-work) and gathering the payroll from banks.
• Responsible for the Quality-Control of the products.
• Selling and Giving presentation for the clients (Medical-Companies) about the products.
• Managing with the CEO the future steps and putting the strategies for the factory
